CCFS is looking for a Training Coordinator who enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment and embodies the core values that we follow, to achieve universal prosperity.
The successful candidate will work in close cooperation with employees, supervisors, and managers to identify training needs and gaps in the organization.
Wage: $60,000-$70,000 (Depends on experience and skills)
Essential Job Duties: Prepares effective training materials and train=in=g systems designed to provide quality training.
Conducts focus groups and collaborates with subject-matter experts to ensure best practices are incorporated into training materials.
systems Develops measurement systems for the purpose of monitoring the effectiveness= of training.
Pulls, analyzes and maintains training records and reports, providing regular updates to management on training completion and effectiveness.
Create a positive and productive work atmosphere by communicating and behaving in a professional and team-like manner with all other employees.
Suggest to companies how they can improve the shipping and packaging to reduce claims.
Manage and coordinates the scheduling and logistics for all training launches, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the Training and Engagement Manager to support the Department and overall organizational goals.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
Two years of training experience in a corporate or business setting strongly preferred.
Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
Ability to work independently and meet our deadlines.
Ability to foster organizational change through developed training initiatives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Desktop Publishing, graphic design, and multi-media programs.
Experience with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe, and Learning Management Systems.
