Training Coordinator

Description We're looking for a Training Coordinator in the IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry located in San Francisco, California, United States.

Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end coordination for all technical licenses that our engineering audience engages with.Ensure our live virtual classes are scheduled properly in our learning management system (LMS), calendar, and post all events, as well as track and communicate status.Send calendar invites, reminders, pre-program work, manager notifications, and post-event communication.Meet with vendors regularly to support the content, logistics, and operations of our vendor-led technical courses or licenses.Play a key role in coordinating and managing technical projects that align with our strategic objectives.Take on tasks such as communication strategy with our internal customers and up-leveling engagement of our offerings (marketing).
