The Opportunity Description
We're looking for a Training Coordinator, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in San Francisco, California, United States.


Manage the end-to-end coordination for all technical licenses that our engineering audience engages with.
Ensure our live virtual classes are scheduled properly in our learning management system (LMS), calendar and post all events, as well as track and communicate status.
Send calendar invites, reminders, pre-program work, manager notifications, post-event communication.
Meet with vendors on a regular basis to support the content, logistics, and operations of our vendor led technical courses or licenses.
Play a key role in coordinating and managing technical projects that align with our strategic objectives.
Take on tasks such as communication strategy with our internal customers and up leveling engagement of our offerings (marketing).
Our Client Experience Required for Your Success BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Thrives working in a high-tech company Light coding or html experience a bonus skill Experience with vendor management and relationships while strategically supporting the adoption of tools and business initiatives Strong working knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Google Drive and managing multiple Google calendars (and not afraid of getting hands dirty learning new tools) What Do You Think?
