Long Description As a Training Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our workforce by coordinating and implementing training programs within our manufacturing facility.
What You'll Be Doing:
•Training Program Development: Collaborate with department heads, subject matter experts, and senior management to identify and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the requirements of various roles within the manufacturing facility.
•Training Delivery: Organize and deliver training sessions and workshops in-person while ensuring that training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with company objectives and industry standards.
•Training Coordination: Schedule and conduct training sessions, book training rooms, and coordinate logistical arrangements such as equipment, materials, and trainers. Monitor and track employee participation and progress in training programs.
•Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to training content and delivery methods.
•Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all training activities comply with TE ethics and TE policies. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and completion.
•Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to employees participating in training programs, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and offering additional assistance as needed.
Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm, with a willingness to train employees on second and third shifts and work weekends when required. Also open to traveling to the other plant, which is located 10 miles away. What your background should look like: • Preferably holds an Associate degree or H.S / GED with at least 3 years of experience
• 1-3 years' experience in a Manufacturing Environment preferred (Experience in Injection Molding/Assembly is advantageous)
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver training programs, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Thorough understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and training evaluation
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with individuals across all organizational levels
• Desirable proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality regarding employee information
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
• Strong planning capabilities
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,424 – $66,636 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
