Position Summary
A Training & Devt Specialist/On-Call Trainer conductseducational/training needs assessments within specified targeted adultpopulations; designs, develops, delivers and evaluates a range of responsiveeducational curricula and training programs within fields of expertise.
Position requires: a) implementation and facilitation oftechnical, operational and/or specialty training events and programs; b)consultation and collaboration with individuals and departments on complextraining issues; c) assessment of training needs and objectives, and designingand developing responsive programs and initiatives; d) design and developmentof comprehensive training plans, curriculum and aids.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours;at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have Standardized Patient experience; at least threeyears or Tier 3 SP experience.

Teaching and facilitation skills4.
