Training Facilitator Part Time

Our client is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and experienced Training Facilitator to join their team.
This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40, with some flexibility in hours.
Preferred working hours are from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.


Responsibilities:


Develop and deliver engaging training programs for our staff.
Assess training needs and create customized training plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees.
Qualifications: Experience in home care, preferably in coordination.
Consideration for candidates with other healthcare office experience and some teaching background.
A genuine interest in training and developing people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
