You are the
Training Lead Admin
we are seeking to join our Revenue Cycle Team. As a Training Lead Admin, you will train on daily operations of the front office software functions of Meridian Health Services facilities. Some travel is required for this full-time position.
This position must have a flexible schedule and includes up to 50% travel to provided training for our staff at multiple locations as needed.
Training Lead Admin Key Responsibilities:
Communication (verbal and written) and consultation with center staff.
Responsible for the training of all new Support Staff.
Updating the Support Staff Manual/power points as needed and communicating all required changes to Support Staff across all centers.
On site visits to assure Support Staff procedures are being followed and assisting staff with any questions or concerns.
Maintaining the accuracy of the intake packets and ensure that staff are using the correct version.
Train Support Staff on scheduling/rescheduling appointments for clinical staff and psychiatrists, taking messages and/or routing to appropriate extension.
Train Support Staff on the Registration of patients.
Maintain working knowledge of Meridian administrative and clerical procedures.
Demographic MIS changes.
Maintain a working knowledge of Meridian medical records policies and procedures.
Maintains a working knowledge of release of information procedures per policies and procedures.
Departmental specific tracking/monitoring requirements.
Run and work reports such as liabilities and other reports as needed or assigned.
Maintain a close working relationship with Supervisors/Manager and staff members in the department.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
We are seeking Training Lead Admin candidates with the following qualities:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
