We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Training Lead for an exciting new role within our justice services. You will be responsible for developing role-specific training plans and materials to be rolled out across our delivery teams that work with people in the criminal justice system.

Job Type: Full-Time/Fixed-term until March 2026
Location: Home-based, with ad-hoc travel to North Wales, Midlands, South Yorkshire and East of England. Travel costs will be fully reimbursed.
Please note: Candidates applying must reside in the UK as this role will require occasional travel in person to various Nacro sites within the UK.

Flexibility: This is a home-based role with a degree of flexibility in when and how you work as long as the requirements of the role are met.
Annual leave: You will receive 25 annual leave days, plus public holidays (which can be swapped for days of importance to you). This entitlement increases by 1 day/year up to a maximum of 30 days.

Vetting RequirementsTo develop training packages, you will need access to our case management system which is owned by the Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). For this reason, the role is subject to: A basic DBS check – which will disclose unspent convictionsHMPPS Enhanced Level 1 vettingHaving a criminal record will not preclude your success in this role; any criminal record information will be subject to a fair and proportionate assessment.
