Job Summary: The Training Program Manager translates our business needs into learning solutions. They drive internal onboarding, functional training, role readiness, continuing education, and leadership development while being a strong project manager and facilitator.
Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Member Care Training & Education team, this person is a thought leader and consultant whenever learning is concerned. They partner with the Supervisor of Member Care Training to determine how and when content is delivered to our Care Team so we can support evolving business needs. This partnership is responsible for the success of Member Care Training Programs, but the Training Program Manager leads content design and guides Learning Specialists in content development using industry best practices. The Training Program Manager will also evaluate the success and effectiveness of our programs through metrics such as Quality, MSAT, learner satisfaction, and learner assessments.
\n ResponsibilitiesYou'll partner with leaders in CaPS, Quality, TAO, and Member Care to develop and implement seamless onboarding, continuing education, and leadership development programs.You'll partner with training Program Managers and Member Care Training to identify quantifiable goals we can meet with training (aka: what are we aiming to improve?)You'll produce measurable outcomes related to learner and member experience.You'll be a thought leader and consultant wherever learning is concerned.You'll apply proven instructional design and adult learning theories to develop engaging and relevant content that enhances learning transfer and retention. Qualifications5+ years experience in the training industry, including at least 2 years managing programs.Subject-matter expertise in project/program management, as well as eLearning design, development, implementation and facilitation.Strong consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and provide quality advice.Experience establishing performance metrics, implementing process improvement measures, and promoting alignment with internal partners.Experience maintaining productive, trust-based, and effective relationships with a wide array of individuals across diverse client groups.Strong facilitation skills and the ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to varying groups and sizes.Ability to co-design approach, timeline, scope, and use of resources with committee members and partners.Ability to work remotely. Physical/Cognitive RequirementsPrompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer \/ laptop) may be required.Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
\nPay:
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: Zone A: $89,580 - $116,460 + equity + benefits Zone B: $103,017 - $133,930 + equity + benefits Zone C: $111,975 - $145,580 + equity + benefits Zone D: $116,454 - $151,400 + equity + benefits This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
