Position Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior or Entry-Level Training Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal professional experience who have a strong interest in creating engaging learning materials and a desire to grow their skills in instructional design.
The Training Specialist will assist in developing training programs, working closely with experienced team members, and gradually taking on more responsibilities as they gain expertise.

We also welcome applications from recent graduates with a strong academic background in Instructional Design or a related field.

Responsibilities: Assist senior staff in determining training requirements and understanding target audience.

Conduct interviews with SMEs to collect information for training materials.

Apply instructional design principles under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in developing engaging learning content for instructor-led training (ILTs) and self-learning programs such as presentations, e-learning storyboards, and other relevant learning articles with infographics and activities.

Support the creation of user guides, quick start guides (QSGs), and other technical documentation.

Participate in facilitating training programs alongside senior trainers.

Participate in the design and development of assessment instruments.

Required Skills and Experience: 1-2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field (or strong transferable skills).

Basic understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and learning theories.

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Bonus Points: Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

Familiarity with AI-powered learning technologies.
Experience with technical writing.
