Training Specialists facilitate training on Bonterra products to customers and employees.
Training delivered may take the form of onsite or remote Instructor-Led Training classes delivered to individual customers, group training programs for multiple customers at a time, or highly scripted public webinar sessions presented to large number of customers on a regular basis.
Training delivered by Training Specialists focuses on equipping Bonterra customers with the skills and knowledge to maximize their value from their Bonterra products.
Training Specialists draw upon their knowledge of both the Bonterra products as well as the industries they are serving to deliver training that is informative and directly relatable to the customer's organizational needs.
Please note: This particular role will focus on our F&E based software and will require experience working in the nonprofit fundraising space. Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities: Facilitate Instructor-Led Training classes following standard agendas and lesson plans.
Where necessary, adapt Instructor-Led Training classes to suit the unique system configuration and/or work processes of each customer.
Facilitate group training sessions for customers from multiple organizations concurrently.
Present public webinars to large audiences.
Answer customer questions in a respectful and informative manner.
Ensure training sessions start and end as scheduled.
Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of one or more Bonterra products from a user and administrator perspective.
Minimum 3 years industry experience in one or more of the industry domains that Bonterra serves.
Ability to present complex technical informative in a clear, relatable manner.
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with public speaking, leading, and managing a virtual classroom
Ability to learn new systems independently through self-exploration.
Physical Requirements: Ability to present remotely for up to 8 hours a day
Ability to stand in front of a classroom for up to 8 hours a day.
Compensation The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US Base Salary Range: $59,000 - $65,000
