ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain the annual training plan and scheduleUse experience and knowledge to contribute to training methods and strategiesWork with a team of part-time contributors to develop trainings and contentAdministration of the LMS, including creating, maintaining and deploying trainingsServe as the POC for training communicationsProvide in-person support to training presenters when neededCollect and analyze feedbackAssist in developing, maintaining, and analyzing reporting on training REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of experience in a training capacityLearning content developmentDevelopment of standard LMS files (e.g.
SCORM)Development of training modules to deploy in an LMSAdministration of an LMSExpert Level Powerpoint SkillsBasic Video editing with software such as Camtasia or (similar)Must bring creativity, innovation and passion to our training team! PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Presentation visuals/graphics design EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS: Formal education or certification in Instructional DesignTraining content and presentation specific education (certificates, relevant degrees, etc.
