Training Specialist
Job Description
The Manager of Training oversees the design, development, and delivery of training programs within the contact center.
This role ensures that agents, supervisors, and managers have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet customer service standards and achieve performance goals.

Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with department heads, assess training needs, and continuously enhance training processes to improve overall team performance.

+ A training program is built out, so this person will not be starting from scratch, but they will be expected to update and improve the program.

+ The candidate will be teaching classes of CSR employees.

Hard Skills
+ Looking for 2 to 4 years of training experience, preferably in the office setting.
