ActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Training Specialist in the Washington D.C Metro Area.
ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense.
This position is HYBRID with 1-2 days onsite and travel within the US (estimated less than 10% a year).
As the Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing technical training programs for employees, focusing on enhancing skills related to software applications, system processes, and IT security.
Duties and Responsibilities Develop lesson plans, training materials, and course content Conduct training sessions, demonstrations, and develop evaluation criteria Provide technical subject matter expertise and knowledge related to ITSM, enterprise Service Desk, Cybersecurity Travel to conduct training as required Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required in technical field.
Public Trust Clearance will be required to start, sponsorship available Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in using training tools and technologies.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
