The Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations training for the last mile vertical. The overall responsibility includes boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. This role will indirectly enhance employee workplace performance in conjunction with the company's core values to meet organizational goals.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory.
2. Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory.
3. Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning as required.
4. Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel as per business requirements.
5. Ensure timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and performance improvement programs.
6. Partner with operations leaders during station audits to ensure process compliance and address gaps immediately.
7. Identify and certify learning coaches.
8. Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
9. Drive quality and learning metrics.
10. Conduct Chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders.
A Day in the Life:
1. Visit delivery stations daily while completing a 10-hour shift.
2. Support operations.
3. Drive processes and learning on the ground.
4. Prepare reports, conduct data analysis, and lead projects.
5. Ensure metric goals are met.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSRole Requirements:
1. Experience in customer service and project handling is advantageous.
2. Ability to translate and add voice-over for content in regional languages.
3. Provide support for existing data management through analysis and accurate reporting.
4. Capability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Graduate in any field.
7. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
8. Flexibility to work on weekends if required by the business.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSRole Requirements:
1. Proven 5+ years of experience as a Training Specialist/Trainer in a similar role.
