SCOPE OF POSITION
Responsible for the proper and safe operation of a 34-seat electric tram and trailer, transporting passengers to and from airport parking garages to terminal access, and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Transport guests to and from the airport parking garages on a continuous basis
Complete tram inspection at the beginning and end of each shift
Maintain cleanliness of tram and trailer during shift
Recharge tram
Maintain log of guest/trip counts
Make stop announcements
Assist with luggage and disabled passengers as needed
Complete other duties as assigned

Education/Experience - Less than a high school education and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Driver's License - Candidates must possess a valid state driver's license to be considered for this role.
Language Ability - Ability to read, write and interpret the English language.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
Availability to Work - Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.
If applicable, availability to work 1st shift, 2nd shift and/or week-ends may be required.
