High volume Real Estate Investment company is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our company in supporting the Acquisitions and Dispositions team.
The Transaction Coordinator will be overseeing the escrow process from contract through closing and financing.
They will be responsible for acting as a liaison between title companies, agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the real estate sales process.
The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented and have extensive knowledge and experience with TREC contracts.
This position is fully onsite at our office in Addison, TX and does not have any hybrid or remote work flexibility.
Summary of Responsibilities and Duties: Receive executed purchase agreements, confirm the escrow or title officer has the necessary documentation and information to open filesProvide documentation to Accounting for a wire of the earnest deposit money and closing fundsMonitor and assess the progress of the sale so that important deadlines are met, and contingencies are releasedWork with Title to obtain required HOA information and/or documentationProcess HOA regulation reviews with attorneyMaintain all documentation and files to ensure all the mandatory disclosures are completeVerify for completeness of all initials, signatures and dates before marking the purchase contracts as completeInitiate communication if documents require any additional signatures, corrections or amendmentsUpdate internal systems with required data and documentationResearch county websites to confirm tax and property informationSupport acquisition team with data validation and research in the underwriting process as needed Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum 2 years with TREC contractsDetail-oriented and committed to producing great end resultsDemonstrates ability to prioritize work and manage time, often under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilitiesHigh-level customer service skillsStrong analytical skillsSalesforce experience is a plus!
