Job Description As a Transactions Specialist III in Cash Operations, you will be responsible for daily balancing and reconciliation of more than a dozen assigned cash vaults. Each vault comes with its own set of challenges and situations that change each day of the week. Balancing the vaults requires a keen eye and an understanding of numbers. While most assignments won't change day to day, each day will present something different that requires constant communication with leadership.
Job responsibilities: Prepare documented backup detailing your balance process according to standard procedures Input data into the system while following standard operating procedures Maintain constant communication with assigned vaults Balance each outsourced vault against Chase's inventory, making adjustments as needed Utilize MITS to debit/credit customer accounts and internal general ledgers Research out of balance conditions in partnership with various internal departments and outsourced vaults Support team with management and organization of team shared mailbox Challenge yourself each day but raise your hand when in need of support Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: Detail-oriented Good oral and written communication skills Production environment focus around meeting deadlines You will need basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills – with excellent accuracy Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude Physical requirements: Sitting – up to 100% of the time Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities: Experience with Money Manager, iVault (EIV), Customer Assist, MITS Cash Vault experience Data entry or Account Reconciliation Work Schedule: 930am- 6:00pm Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Wednesday In Office; Thursday and Friday Remote
