POSITION SUMMARY: As the leader of the planning and modeling practices program, the Program Manager plays a crucial role in supporting and guiding the program area. Working closely with the Program Director and other company staff, the Program Manager collaborates to develop and implement the program effectively.
Operating both independently and as part of a team, the Program Manager receives guidance from supervisors on overarching goals, key issues, innovative concepts, exceptional developments, and policy issues. Furthermore, the Program Manager transforms strategic and organizational objectives into actionable plans at the program level.
