Transport Coordinator- North Aberdeen The Role As Transport Coordinator you will support the transport function of the business, with the co-ordination of import & export road shipments from start to finish, including quotation, ensuring that clients receive excellent customer service throughout all aspects of their enquiry. You will liaise with internal & external clients for all transport related issues and bookings.

Responsibilities Provide competitive pricing and transport solutions to clients that meets their needs. Ensuring that awarded jobs and processed and followed through to completion. Provide proactive updates to clients, resolving any issues that may arise. Billing clients as per working SOPs. Producing and completing all necessary paperwork, such as pre-alerts, CMRs. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of transport service. Ensure job files are processed and completed within the TMS. Load planning for both domestic and international trailers. Requirements Essential Willingness to learn. Attention to detail. Forward thinking. Good communication skills. Be a team player. Good working with numbers. Computer literate. Desirable European and Domestic Road Freight Experience. Dangerous Goods Knowledge. Salary- £30-35K
