We're seeking a Transportation Aide - CNA to join our growing team!
Reliability, trustworthiness and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job.
The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperative and politely work and deal with others, and to effectively multi-task and work in a stressful environment are also essential functions to this job.

Accountable for resident's care while away from the facility.
Identify and report any condition requiring management or clinical attention during the transport.
Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
Monitor and record resident's vital signs as needed during transport.
Assist during downtime at the nursing home with nursing assistant or other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Current state driver's license in good standing. Nursing Assistant Certification from state. Must be at least 25 years of age due to insurance constraints. Must have an acceptable driving record, verified by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Must successfully complete an Employee Driver Proficiency in a timely manner.
Ability to record information and perform technical procedures.
Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
Must qualify for company insurance, pass DMV check and practice safe defensive driving skills.
