The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Transportation Attendant who is customer focused to become a part of a healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy. They are responsible for the safe transportation of the residents of the campus; in accordance with the IL Department of Transportation regulations and campus policies and procedures. We currently have a full-time open for our campus.
Shift Available:

Transport residents on outings and trips; while also assisting the department associates as needed. Follow safety policies and proceduresEnsure wheelchairs are secure prior to operation the bus and operating the bus chair lift in a safe manner.Promote a team environment within the department and facility. Participates in all required in-services and/or department meetings.Maintains the Maintenance log for the buses.Knows the preferred name of each resident and address them accordingly. Required skills and qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent1-3 years experienceCurrent Driver's LicenseFlexible schedule, including availability to work as needed, weekends and holidaysMust enjoy working with the senior populationLocation: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1075 E Victory Drive, Lindenhurst, IL 60046
