They will be responsible for developing supportive relationships with drivers, coordinating timely pickups and deliveries, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Their role will involve monitoring and analyzing equipment and driver performance to drive safety, operational improvements, and enhance decision-making. You will also focus on increasing driver retention, improving the bottom line, and reducing operational risks. Your leadership is crucial to the success and growth of our company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain supportive, professional relationships with drivers to foster a positive and productive work environment. Address driver concerns and provide support to enhance job satisfaction and performance. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient pickup and delivery of shipments. Manage scheduling and routing to optimize transportation operations and meet delivery deadlines. Ensure a safe, secure, and legally compliant work environment in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies. Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
