Transportation Engineer
The Transportation Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of transportation infrastructure projects, including roadways, highways, bridges, and public transit systems.
This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Manage 1-5 project types within the public sector at a time, ranging from roadway design, bridge, railway, transit, and transportation.
Project sizes range from small ($100,000 or less) to large ($300 million).
Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Lead the team in the design of city streets, bike and pedestrian facilities, trails, and transit facilities using AutoCAD, MicroStation, Inroads, and Civil3D.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, urban planners, and public officials to align project goals.
Bid on projects and write proposals.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Work with local, state, and federal agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
Develop project concepts, feasibility studies, and preliminary designs.

7-5 pm, flex time depending on if they need to go to client sites first.
