Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician

Job Duty Summary:
The Emergency Medicine Physician will deliver high-quality care in a Level II Trauma Center, handling diverse cases and performing procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, central lines, and critical care.
Team Size: No mid-level providers; exclusively staffed by board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
Culture: Dedicated to excellence in patient care with a collaborative and supportive environment.
Schedule:
Full-time, 10-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).
40 hours of physician coverage daily.
Pay Summary: Salary Range:
W2 Employee (Living in the Community): $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540,800 for 2080 hours/year with bonus).
1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community): $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus
1099 Independent Contractor (Travel): $285/hr
Bonuses:
$100,000 sign-on bonus (forgivable loan over 3 years) for those living in the community.

Qualifications:Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):

Prior Duties: Emergency care with comprehensive procedural expertise.
Education: ABEM certification required; candidates must be board-certified in Emergency Medicine.
Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
Personality Factors: Confident, skilled, and collaborative, with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Systems Used: Epic EHR.
