We're looking for a highly talented individual to join our Travel Agent team! You will make corporate travel arrangements for the firm's management and staff, along with reporting to our Travel Agent Team Leader who is based in our Camas, Washington office. The Day-to-Day:Book air, car, and hotel reservations for individual and group travel in compliance with corporate travel policiesHelp determine the most efficient way to make flight connectionsProvide unparalleled service to travelers by providing prompt, accurate and professional communication Monitor assigned queues and tasks throughout the workday to ensure reservations and tasks are accurate and completeMaintain ownership of each record until departure to ensure all details (including seat assignments, meal preferences, membership programs, upgrades, etc.) are completed to the client's satisfactionQuickly assess information, anticipate issues and outcomes, and make effective decisions including ability to draw clear conclusionsPerform other tasks that may be assigned by managerYour Qualifications:Have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working as a corporate travel agentProficient in Sabre requiredKnowledgeable on all types of ticketing, exchanges, and voiding of ticketsFamiliar with group and conference travel arrangements and preferred vendor programsUnderstanding of international travel, including fares and pricing, available resources and travel documentation requirementsResponsible, accountable, and motivatedKeep pace with others on the team and be able to help with mass bookingsWhy Fisher Investments: We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
