Job Title: Travel and Administrative Coordinator (Temporary Position) Job ID: 147802 Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140 (Onsite) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm Duration: 2-4 months Pay: $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience Job Description: This role involves supporting various administrative and operational tasks, including coordinating and booking employee travel, processing purchase orders, managing inventory, and assisting with general office responsibilities. While prior A/R and A/P experience is not required, strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and document employee travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation Prepare and process purchase orders for supplies, equipment, and non-client services Track the receipt and delivery of goods and services for invoice approval Review office supply needs across satellite offices and manage inventory at the home office Code credit card receipts, travel expenses, and refund requests for proper financial classification Assist with occasional off-site meetings/events and trips to satellite offices (transportation required) Perform other general accounting and purchasing duties as assigned This is an office-based role with extensive computer, email, and phone use. You ll also handle deliveries, carry boxes, and occasionally step on a stool to organize inventory What We re Looking For: Associates Degree in Accounting or related field At least 1 year in administrative, travel coordination , or general office support roles. Prior A/R or A/P experience is welcome but not required MS Word/MS Excel Experience with purchasing and contract management best practices is a plus Excellent customer service, organizational, and time-management skills A proactive work ethic and commitment to thoroughness and accuracy Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Hiring Process: Background Check Drug Screening & TB Test Interview
