Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour or 12-hour day shifts Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required to submit Certifications: ARRT, BLS, Fluoroscopy Must-Have: Experience in acute care settings, familiarity with Cerner charting system Job Description: - Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab - Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide patient care during procedures - Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and correctly prior to procedures - Maintain accurate patient records and charts using the Cerner system - Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards - Assist in patient preparation and recovery post-procedure - Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with advancements in the field Additional Notes: - Hospital may cancel shifts up to three times per contract - Orientation includes 12 hours of training
