Prefer 3 years of adult Cath lab diagnostic, interventional, or EP procedures in performing scrubbing, circulating and monitoring/recording duties. RN licensure required. Requires detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, disease processes and principles of cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional technology. Schedule Information Shifts: 7am - 5 pm - May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. On-call, weekends, and holidays may be required. Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training. Unit Specific Information RESPONSIBILITIES: to include Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiac Devices, Electrophysiology and/or Structural Heart. Ensures that complete and accurate documentation is maintained. Ensures accurate medication, charge, and reporting accuracy of daily procedural case load. Respond and provide emergent care, performs administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness of the lab. Assures preparedness of procedure rooms and compliance in accordance to PHS, Local, and Federal regulations. Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024). Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from the last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice and should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
