• Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans• Conduct meetings with subordinate employees• Maintain effective vendor relationships• Build, coach, manage, and develop teams• Drive sales and track inventory• Provide excellent customer service• Perform P&L analysis
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability• Ability to work flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
