• Overseeing high-volume retail facilities• Conducting meetings with subordinate employees• Maintaining effective vendor relationships• Building, coaching, managing, and developing teams• Driving sales and tracking inventory• Providing customer service and performing P&L analysis
Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
