Travel Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) - Long Term Care

*Job Overview:*




_We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) team.
The CNA will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision another healthcare professional, assisting residents with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with elderly and disabled residents and be committed to enhancing their quality of life._




*Key Responsibilities:*


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.


* Monitor and record residents' vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.


* Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the supervising clinician.


* Provide mobility support to residents, including transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises.


* Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.


* Support residents with positioning and turning to prevent pressure ulcers.


* Document care provided in residents' electronic health records (EHR).


* Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.


* Assist with meal preparation and feeding for residents as needed.


* Participate in resident care plan meetings and contribute to individualized care plans.


* Follow facility policies, procedures, and state regulations for CNA practice.




*Qualifications:*


* Current CNA certification in North Dakota.


* Previous experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.


* Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.


* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.


* Must reside 50+ miles away from Ellendale, ND to apply.

3x12 Hr.
Nights (36 Hrs.
per Week)

8 - 13 Weeks




*Pay Breakdown:*




$1,224.00 Gross ($360.00 Taxable & $864.00 Tax-Free) ($34.00/Hr.
Blended Rate)
