Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Media, PA. In this role, you'll support Occupational Therapists in providing therapy that enhances residents' independence, functionality, and quality of life.
Responsibilities:

Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to resident goals.
Lead therapeutic activities aimed at improving daily living skills, mobility, and overall well-being.
Document patient progress accurately and collaborate on treatment adjustments as needed.
Educate residents and their families on exercises and activities to continue at home.
Maintain a safe, positive environment for all therapy sessions in compliance with facility guidelines.
