Length : 13 weeks
Requirements : 1 year of related experience High School Diploma/G.E.D AHA BLS ARRT(CT) Bachelor's Degree preferred High School Diploma or GED Associate Degree Preferred COVID-19 Initial Shot(s) • All workers, including remote, must be fully vaccinated. • Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the completion date of a o 1 or 2 dose monovalent vaccine series, or o 1 dose bivalent vaccine • Exemption for Medical or Religious are reviewed by the client and must be completed using the Centura COVID Exemption form located in Egnyte. • Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca and all World Health Organization accepted vaccine manufacturers are acceptable.
