Job Description: - Develops, coordinates, implements, and provides interdisciplinary services for behavioral health. - Performs psychosocial interventions within the scope of practice. - Conducts individual, family, or group interventions including counseling, testing, and education. - Develops intervention goals and objectives to educate and resolve client problems. - Participates in establishing, implementing, and evaluating treatment system goals and objectives. - Interviews clients and their families to set case goals and objectives. - Assesses clients, determines specific intervention techniques, and monitors client responses. - Provides feedback on the effectiveness of prescribed treatments. - Evaluates cases managed by lower-level providers and client progress from treatment plans. - Maintains and prepares necessary data and documents to meet federal, state, and local agency requirements. - Serves on treatment teams and program development teams. - Attends training, intradepartmental meetings, and court hearings. - Establishes and maintains working relationships with other facilities and agencies for referrals and follow-up services.
