Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology - Nuclear Medicine Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 1x12-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) Guaranteed Hours: Information not provided Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in service line required License: Texas Medical Board-MRT Certifications: NMTCB or ARRT, BLS Must-Have: - Graduate of an accredited Radiology or Nuclear Medicine Program - COVID-19 Vaccine (Required, no exemptions) - Flu Vaccine (Required, medical/religious exemptions only) - License in hand required with submission Job Description: - Perform various nuclear medicine procedures and assessments. - Ensure compliance with safety standards in handling radioactive materials. - Maintain equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. - Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills. - Charting experience with Altera preferred, but not required. - Travel experience is preferred. Note: Local candidates are not accepted. Return traveler status and experience with specific charting systems are preferred. Orientation consists of 16 non-billable hours.
