The right candidate will have 2 years of experience and hold an active ACLS, BLS and AZ license or compact. Job Requirements 2 years of experience Active ACLS Active BLS AZ license or compact Schedule Information 3, 12 hour shifts 6 am-6:30 pm plus call Call -varied 6 to 10 shifts per schedule 30 minute response time required Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule Unit Specific Information Unit: Cath Lab - # beds: 3 main and 1 is EP & 1 is Hybrid - Cases: 10-25 cases per day, Circulating, no Scrub - EMR: Cerner and Xper - Charge Nurse: Yes - Nurse Aides: Rad techs - Circulating and Scrub, BLS, Certified. Cover Endo and CVOR. - Holidays: Work into rotation. - Scrub Color: Provided - Vents: NA - IV Team: No - RT 24/7: Yes - Pharmacy 24/7: Yes - Shifts: 12 hr shifts. 6-630, M-F. - Call: 8-12 days a month depending on the month - Floor specific orientation: 2 days on job. - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Interventional, EP lab, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular, mitro clip, TAVR, IABP and Emtala placement. Additional Details LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE WILL SCREEN BUSY LEVEL II 30 minute response time Use Phillips and Siemens equipment 12 hour days, plus call
