State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP Job Details Cath Lab RN traveler needed for the cath lab. EP and/or cath lab competencies. Call and weekends required. Possible work holidays Additional Details I9 required for direct candidates. Attestation required for Sub candidates. Drivers License required for all travelers. *Can be a state issued identification card, but it must include the permanent address on the document (even if not used for the I9) Everify required for direct candidates.
