**Job Description:**
- Remote Case Management role with one monthly on-site meeting required after training
- Extensive training provided: 4 weeks in total (2 weeks in-office, 2 weeks virtual)
- Prepare for a comprehensive training period
- Knowledge of clinical management and case management flow essential
- Open to first-time applicants
- Required to submit all requested time off during the submission process
- COVID-19 Vaccine required, exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons
