**Experience:** 1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred

**License:** Registered Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact

**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

**Must-Have:** Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English, and display a positive attitude.

**Job Description:**

- Functions under the direction of the Site Manager and is responsible for performing a variety of clinical procedures that require independent judgment and initiative in the use of diagnostic and treatment equipment.
- Builds a culture of trust and engagement within workgroups and hospital/entity levels.
- Holds leaders accountable for behavior that fosters trust and engagement.
- Performs responsibilities in a manner that reflects organizational values.
- Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and involves them in developing systems to promote service growth, cost-effective delivery of quality patient care, and patient and employee satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all organizational policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.
- On-call 12-hour shifts every 4 weeks, with 1 to 2 calls per month from Friday through Sunday.
