**Job Description:**
- Develop, implement, and evaluate a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process
- Act as a patient advocate, providing support, information, and direct care
- Skillfully utilize equipment and technology with technical competence in nursing procedures
- Educate patients and families on significant self-care issues
- Handle the inventory, distribution, and delivery of medications when required
- May be assigned to day, evening, or night shifts or a combination as per departmental policy
- Work weekends as per unit needs and expected to work extra hours on occasion
- On-call requirement
