Certification Details ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support BLS - Basic Life Support State Licensure as appropriate Job Details Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. Manager will interview. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years - Unit accepts first time travelers. PATIENT POPULATION: Adults to Geriatrics - CVOR. UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis EPIC, SBAR. Job Requirements REQUIRED SKILLS: ACLS, BCLS, Cardiac, Vascular, Thoracic. Heart Transplant is highly preferred. Schedule Information RTO: MAX 7 days. BLOCK or SELF SCHEDULING - not available. WEEKENDS: Rotation. CALL REQUIREMENTS: Yes/variable - Typically one week day/call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks. HOLIDAYS: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. FLOATING: Yes, will be expected to float to Main OR if needed. SCRUBS: Provided.
