**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** CVOR **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Day, 4x10-hour (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM) **Guaranteed Hours:** [Information not provided] **Experience:** Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience preferred; Open Heart and vascular experience preferred. **License:** Must have a permanent Ohio license. **Certifications:** AHA ACLS and BLS required. **Must-Have:** - Minimum 18 months PERM experience in the specialty prior to travel. - Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required for submission. - Perm reference from the past 12 months. - Required certifications need to be active. **Job Description:** - CVOR RN experience preferred. - On-call requirements include 1-2 call shifts on weekdays per week from the end of shift until 07:00 the next morning. - 1 weekend call per 6 weeks, 24 hours Saturday and 24 hours Sunday. - 1 working shift Saturday or Sunday per 6 weeks, typically coordinated with weekend call. - Potential rotation on holiday call schedule if the need arises. - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Travel compliance requires a negative 10 Panel + Nicotine Drug screen within 12 months of start, updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; acceptable scores required. - Orientation includes 16 hours.
