Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 2 years in cardiovascular (CV) License: Active North Dakota or Compact RN License Certifications: BLS and ACLS (both AHA) Must-Have: Experience with robotics Job Description: - Circulate cardiovascular cases in the OR. - Float to other ORs and assist with cases from other specialties when CV cases are not scheduled. - Utilize Epic (Optime) for operations. - Work independently in the OR, with off-site call required. - Call one day a week and one weekend every three to four weeks. - OR orientation is coordinated by the OR educator. - 16 operating rooms with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. - 8 or 10-hour shifts with potential for late stays due to case schedules. - OR scrubs provided; follows the dress code. - Must not reside within a 60-mile radius of the facility. - Local travel rates apply for those living 60 to 80 miles from the facility.
