Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Dialysis Job Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 2 years required License: Compact or KY State License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, EKG, PALS preferred Must-Have: Telemetry experience required, Level 1 Trauma experience preferred Job Description: - Position located in an Acute Dialysis specialty. - Call required with a commitment every other weekend. - Must possess ACLS, BLS, and EKG certifications. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Dialysis nursing is required. - Telemetry experience is required; Level 1 Trauma experience is preferred. - Local candidates must adhere to local rate agreements. - All candidates must be compliant with travel requirements and have a valid license. - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines required; exemptions available for medical or religious reasons. - Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as necessary. - All candidates should be informed if they have worked previously in the facility and this must be documented for eligibility verification for rehire. - PACU on-call responsibilities include response time within 1 hour, with weekday calls from 8 PM to 6 AM, and divided shifts on weekends. - Anticipated on-call shifts are 2-3 per schedule period (6 weeks). Orientation consists of 8 hours, with additional modules completed during this time and annually, varying by specialty.
