This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine Must have 1 prior travel assignment Schedule Information RTO during a contract will not be approved for greater than 8 days and this must be scheduled so that the traveler can still work his/her full 36 hours/week.
RTO in between the ending of one contract and the beginning of another will not be approved for greater than 7 days.
