Certification Details REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: - ACLS - PALS - BLS Job Requirements Must have: - Independent IV skills - EKG skills and Assessment skills - Previous ER Experience Preferred or nice to have: - Experience in the Freestanding ED setting - Independent mixing of Pharmacy drugs such as Tpa, KCentra List typical procedures performed on unit(s): - IVs - EKGs - Medication mixing Best personality Fit: - Team player - Outgoing - Independent Schedule Information Type of staff: - Day Shift – 2 7a-7p RNs, 1 9a-9p RN, 1 11a-11p RN - Night Shift – 2 7p-7a RNs Patient Ratios – 1:4 Weekends and On call: - Weekends rotate. 3 Weekend shifts which are Fridays and Saturdays per 4-week schedule Unit Specific Information Unit Guidelines/Policies: - Holidays required Dress Code: - Scrub Color/Attire – Navy or White
