House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions during the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and/or Chief Executive Officer. Must have skills and knowledge to sustain and evaluate competence in the care of the age and type of patient population served. Qualifications & Skills Current California RN license with Nursing degree from accredited school, ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required and operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred. Must have experience as a staff nurse with management responsibilities, and ER experience preferred. Good oral and written communication skills required and demonstration of interpersonal relationships in a manner that enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
