Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/18/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Shift: 3x12's, 7p-7a Contract Length: 13 weeks… Trauma Level I or II within the last year... NJ or Compact license required at time of submission… 2 years of experience required within a large academic center… Trauma level I or II experience required... Experience with Peds, Triage, STEMI and Stroke Experience required… BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required… Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)… No blocked scheduling… May float between Paterson and Wayne - will work within boarding and observation of ED… No Call… Cerner charting experience preferred… Patient Ratio: 1:6… Patient Mix/Skill requirements: 88 licensed beds (does not include hallway beds) ratio primarily 1:5 (plus one hallway bed).Types of patients include all ED patients, plus observation and admitted boarding patients within the ED. Will not accept 1st time travelers… Scrub Color: Hunter Green (top and bottom)... Parking: $50/month; ID badge is $10...
