Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychobiologic and cognitive needs of the patient/family. Utilizes assessment data in formulating nursing diagnoses. Provides technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practice.
